My Mission & Vision

I use a treatment approach that is collaborative, warm, relational, accepting and authentic.

Welcome! I am passionate and committed to working with individuals to support them in deepening their insight and awareness and then find ways to make the changes in their lives that is in alignment with their values.  As a therapist, I empower my clients to open up to the wisdom within themselves, identify their goals and discover the path that is right for them to achieving those goals.

I am action-oriented and solution-focused and utilize evidence based interventions to assist individuals in creating the changes they desire in their lives with real results. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with substance and behavioral addictions, depression and anxiety, life transitions, parenting and relationship issues. I have developed and implemented programs to address substance abuse for adolescents and their families.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under Federal law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
