During these times of uncertainty, I have found that it is more important than ever to stay present and focus our time, attention, and energy on what really matters in our lives. I believe in order to do this, we must also allow ourselves to grieve what we have lost including our lives as we once knew them. Allowing ourselves to feel the sadness, anger, fear and anything else that arises, we can gain more clarity about what is important now and how to live in more alignment with what is of value.

Sometimes, though, this is all easier said than done. So, in those moments, I remind myself that all I need to do is just breathe….
